Product Description
The air duct heater is mainly used to heat the air in the duct. The specifications are divided into three forms: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. The common structural feature is that the steel plate is used to support the electric heating tube to reduce the vibration of the electric heating tube. The junction box is equipped with an overheating control device. Besides this, a combined interwork device is also installed between the fan and the heater to ensure that the electric heater starts after the fan starts, and a differential pressure device is installed in front of and behind the heater to prevent the fan from failure. The air pressure heated by the air duct heater should not exceed the specified value in general. If the exceeded pressure is required, please select a circulating electric heater. The electric air heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature, up limit to 450 °C. The heated air could be used for drying, heat treatment, reheating and dehumidification of different substances and other similar applications. It has been widely used in many scientific research and production laboratories such as aerospace, weapons industry, chemical industry and colleges and universities. It is suitable for automatic temperature control and large flow high temperature combined system and accessory test. The electric air heater can be used in a wide range: it can heat the air, and the generated hot air is dry, moisture free, non-conductive, non-combustible, non-corrosive, safe, and the heated space heats up quickly (controllable).

Control
(1) Control system: The precision digital temperature controller is used for automatic temperature control. When the outlet air temperature sensor collects the measured temperature value signal to the temperature controller, the instrument has the function of PID self-tuning, setting and matching parameters, and outputs the set command to the solid-state relay for triggering, so that the electric heating tube heats up according to the set temperature value. It has the functions of temperature setting, display, control and overheating alarm, and automatically cut off the heating power supply.
(2) Monitoring system: a temperature sensor is set at the air outlet to transmit the temperature value signal collected at the outlet to the temperature control meter for display, so that the temperature can be monitored in time.
Structure
